Feelin' that workout... TONS today! I never thought I'd sweat from having to walk up and down one flight of stairs before, but the burn in my legs from those weighted squats yesterday are on FIRE!!!

CF WOD: 15 minute Yoga/stretch to start the day- the best way!
One hour intensive Belly Dance with Carmen and the girls... and believe me, my body IS NOT HAPPY with me today :*(

Workin' on keepin' it up :) Gotta persevere and work through this sore pain.
