Diet: 10 blocks
BF: strawberry protein shake
Lunch: chocolate mint zone bar
Snack: 20z deli meat and cheese, 1 pink lady apple (the most delicious gift ever!), 6 nuts
Dinner: 20z Montreal steak skewered and grilled, grilled veggies- squash, zucchini, tomatoes, drizzled w/ olive oil
Snack: 20z deli meat and cheese, 1 cup grapes, 7 almonds
And super stoked for Belly Dance tomorrow night! better work on those corkscrews and undulations tonight! *gulp!* oh it is the best crossfit work out in MY opinion! ;)
