Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled, 1 cup grapes
Lunch: 2 oz grill steak, 1/4 cup hummus, bell peppers
Snack: 2 oz deli ham & colby jack cheese, trail mix - cashews, almonds and dried cranberries
Dinner: 2 oz grill steak, 1 cup grapes
Snack: 1 cookie, 1/2 peanut buttah & 1/2 chochie birdie - sid's viciously good cookies (an amazing local baker!)
