Such a great day! Busy, BUSY at work and then I got to spend an entire evening with a friend I haven't seen in ages - my former roommate Tina. We enjoyed catching up, renting a movie and "making" dinner. It was really a wonderful day, but man - I still feel so exhausted from yesterday... so bed SHORTLY!
CF: Day off
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with bell peppers in olive oil, 5/8 cup grapes
Lunch: Chicken Minestrone Soup
Snack: 2 oz deli ham & colby jack cheese, 1/2 pink lady apple
Dinner: Cheat meal to the max... kinda... salad and thin crust & crispy red barron 5 cheese pizza with pineapple on top
Snack: fist full of dried fruit and cashews
Tomorrow to the gym AND to belly dance! Oh and can't forget to prepare for my dog sitting job that starts Thursday night through Sunday :)
