CF: 8:45 (and I wasn't the last one finished for once.. I KILLED those double unders! It really made me feel great to do an exercise that I was familiar with, comfortable with and feel powerful with.)

Breakfast: strawberry, blueberry and cashew protein shake
Lunch: 2oz chicken breast, apple and cashews
Snack: 2oz deli ham and colby jack cheese, 1 cup grapes, cashews
Dinner: 2oz chicken breast, tomato & cucumber, 1/4 cup hummus
And dog sitting to top it all off!
