Yet another big day! Dan said I "really stepped it up" because I was in to work early, went to CF 2260 to complete another gnarly workout (man... I hope I get strong fast - it will help SO MUCH), home for a quick freshen up and off to belly dance.

...its been a long day and I'm ready to crash! Till tomorrow when I'm more sore than heck!

Breakfast: strawberry, blueberry & cashew protein shake
Mini Snack: helping of trail mix: cashews, almonds, cranberries
Lunch: 2 oz deli ham & colby jack cheese, pink lady apple, cashews
Snack: 2 oz deli ham & colby jack cheese (yeah, have a lot around :), pink lady apple, cashews
Dinner: 2 oz parmasean tomato basil chicken breast, 1/4 cup hummus, dried fruit, cashews
Snack: 2 oz deli ham & colby jack cheese, trail mix: cashews, almonds, cranberries
